This combined detector enables simple measurement of distances and the accurate finding of live wiring, metal pipes and objects, support lathsand beams in plasterwork or brickwork or behind wall coverings. The integral computer with cache memory enables distances, surfaces and cubic capacities to be calculated. The signalling with the metal/wiring and beam detector is madeacoustically and shown on the optical indicator of the lc display in several stages, which enable a differentiated evaluation to be made.
